Sustainability in Scotland (5 Nights)

Sprawling across the northern third of Great Britain, Scotland is a mosaic of remote highlands and rugged shorelines, rustic farms and bygone fishing villages that seem little changed by modern times. But it also nurtures dynamic cities like Edinburgh and Glasgow, places where art, science and industry are helping invent the future. A great northern land begging to be discovered by those who crave rich history, quirky culture, the great outdoors and timeless legends.

This five-night itinerary offers a unique view into Scotland’s stunning wilderness and fascinating ecology. From the rewilding efforts of many estates across the land and the growing focus on using fresh local produce in Scottish cuisine, to the conservation projects of sites of historic interest, you will discover Scotland like never before. Explore the Sites of Special Scientific Interest in the Cairngorms National Park, learn about the conservation work regarding rare species, and enjoy exquisite picnics of fresh local produce in the breath-taking Scottish Highlands.
